2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon complete settlement of agreed project fees, full ownership of client-specific custom assets, source code, and design work is transferred to the client. Pre-existing proprietary libraries or third-party open-source dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate brand assets, content, text copy, and credentials required for domain or hosting configuration in a timely manner to maintain estimated project delivery schedules.
